At the most recent Great Hearts Texas Board Meeting, the Board formally expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Shannon Sedgwick Davis for her dedicated service of eleven years as a founding board member. She has announced she will end her time on the board at the end of December. The Governance Committee will establish procedures for filling her vacancy on the GHTX board. The committee will proceed methodically to prepare for candidate inquiries and evaluations, which are anticipated to commence in the Spring of 2025.
